Simply put, a cycling shoe has more lift in the heel than most other shoes and requires a footbed that will follow the contour of the sole properly. Ordinary walking shoe orthotics are also bulky and take up too much room inside the shoe, reducing the volume and creating a cramped fit. Rocket 7 footbeds are made from carbon fiber and are created to be lean, light and strong. They take up less volume in the shoe, fit the proper geometry of the shoe and aid in supporting the foot for a better ride.

RX/ Prescription Orthotics are made from a cast or impression created by your Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and accompanied by a written prescription for corrective change. Our Certified Pedorthist are trained to create your new prescription footbeds based on your doctors recommendations. ·

• Prescription cycling orthotics are manufactured in our state-of-the-art lab by a Certified Pedorthist. The prescription orthotic process begins with a casting by the DPM, using plaster, crush foam, or STS socks. The finished orthotic is designed specifically to work with cycling shoe geometry.
