Rocket7 warrants to the original purchaser that the Rocket7 product, for which they have received this warranty, is free from non-conformities in material and workmanship for a period of one year. MTB shoes are not covered under warranty for use in Cyclocross, Adventure Race, TransAlp or other racing or riding which demands excessive use of the shoes off the bike. MTB shoes are exclusively compatible with Crank Bros. “Egg Beater” and “Candy” model pedals and Speedplay “Frog” model pedals. Use with any other pedal system will void all warranty.
Mountain bike cleat protection
You will need to use a Crank Brothers "shield" to protect your carbon from your cleats. If you do not use cleat protection, the warranty will be void.
Neglect or normal wear and tear will be billed and repaired at the rates of the service schedule provided by Rocket7. No repairs will begin without customer authorization and payment. Rocket7 will repair or replace product at its discretion. No refunds or exchanges on modified or custom product. No exceptions.Any item being returned to Rocket7 for any reason must have an RMA# marked clearly on the outside of the box. Any item received without an RMA# will be refused and returned to the shipper at the shipper’s expense. Call or email Rocket7 to obtain and RMA# for your product.
Limits of the Warranty
Rocket7’s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the product, at Rocket7’s option.
RX/ Prescription Warranty of Fit
Rocket7 guarantees the fit of the shoes to the casts provided. Rocket7 bears no liable relationship with any outside DPM or CPED. Consultation, sitting, exam, casting or other fees established by the DPM or CPED are at their sole discretion. Because the human foot is a soft-tissue, dynamic appendage, the foot is capable of dynamic change in shape, width, length and volume. Many factors can contribute to this, including heat, hydration, travel, swelling from travel, health, etc. Because of these dynamics, Rocket7 holds no liability to the perceived or actual fit of the shoe once applied to the foot. Rocket7 reserves the right to bill for all labor and materials necessary for fit-adjustments to an RX / Prescription shoe. RX product may take up to 10 weeks for initial delivery. Some orders may fill faster than others. Fit adjustments are completed on first-come-first-serve basis and Rocket7 does not guarantee delivery dates on initial delivery or fit adjustments for RX / Prescription product. In the event a shoe does not fit or feel proper to the intended user, please contact Rocket7 to discuss and request an RMA# (see below for details).
Only stock shoes with no modifications are eligible for refund. Modified shoes, RX/ Prescription or custom footbeds are 100% not eligible for return refund or exchange. Eligible product must returned in perfect, unused condition. All returned items for refund or exchange will be billed a $25 re-stocking fee. (Customer is responsible for shipping costs). Any item being returned to Rocket7 for any reason must have an RMA# marked clearly on the outside of the box. Any item received without an RMA will be refused and returned to the shipper at the shipper’s expense. Call or email Rocket7 to obtain and RMA# for your product. For modified or orders with custom footbeds, you will be billed a $100 non-refundable deposit. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once received. Eligible refund claims must be submitted with 30 days of receipt of product.

Please include a note to state what you are exchanging for (IE- size 43C is too long. Please exchange these for a 42C). Obtaining an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization)
To obtain an RMA number, contact Rocket7 at 305-331-8860 or by email at email@example.com. An RMA number will be issued to you within 24 hours and will be sent to you via email. Any item being returned to Rocket7 for any reason must have an RMA# marked clearly on the outside of the box. Any item received without an RMA will be refused and returned to the shipper at the shipper’s expense. Call or email Rocket7 to obtain and RMA# for your product.
Delivery time is subject to the order placed. Normal stocking product will generally ship within 2 – 10 working days, depending on product availability. All orders are filled on a first come first serve basis and due to the nature of the sport; backlog will change throughout the season. Modified or custom product generally takes 4 – 6 weeks to produce from the time all related materials are received to Rocket7. RX product may take up to 10 weeks. Some orders may fill faster than others. These are not guaranteed dates, they are estimates.
Rocket7 can repair most shoes. Please call us at 305-331-8860 to obtain an RMA# for service or repair. Service and repairs is limited to the fit of the shoe and we do not offer fit adjustments on stock product. Service backlog is subject to change. Allow 4 – 6 weeks for service to be completed, regardless how small. Service is completed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Rocket7 does not guarantee delivery dates for services or repairs.

RX / Prescription Fit Adjustments
It is important to note that an RX/ Prescription shoe is a delicate process and that results will vary based on the individual needs of the customer. It is not uncommon for an RX product to need minor adjustments, tuning or refinement to satisfy the objective of the fit. If you receive an RX shoe that you feel does not meet the requirements desired for your needs, please contact Rocket7 to discuss. There are many ways to address most fit related issues. Rocket7 is committed to helping meet and exceed your satisfaction, however, we can only build to the specifications we are provided; an accurate casting and a clearly written prescription. This is why we only accept casts completed by a DPM or CPED. If the cast and prescription do not satisfy the objective of the fit, Rocket7 can work to satisfy your needs. In most cases, labor fees will apply to any fit adjustments for RX shoes. Please note; RX/ Prescription shoes are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. There are no exceptions. In the event of a warranty related quality issue, Rocket7 will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
